Before joining Integrity Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Akhilesh served as Chief Customer Officer at QX Global Group, where he played a pivotal role in shaping customer engagement, optimizing service delivery, and driving large-scale transformation programs. Over his six-year tenure, he helped strengthen the company’s global presence and built strong client-focused frameworks that elevated the overall business performance. His contribution positioned QX Global Group as a trusted partner across multiple markets.
Akhilesh’s leadership journey also includes nine years at IMS People Possible, where he held roles spanning Director – Global Sales, Senior Vice President – Sales & Key Accounts, and Vice President – Operations & Business Development. His work involved scaling international operations, leading global sales strategies, and nurturing key client relationships. Through his strategic direction, IMS People Possible experienced successive business growth and operational maturity across its service lines.
Earlier in his career, Akhilesh held management positions at iEnergizer and Motif, Inc., where he built expertise in operations planning, performance management, training and development, and cross-functional leadership. His extensive experience in managing offshore operations for major global institutions—along with his strength in process re-engineering, change management, and quality frameworks—adds a strong operational edge to his new role.
