Known for his ability to design and drive forward-thinking HR programs, Anup has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to aligning people strategy with business outcomes.
Throughout his career, Anup has built a reputation as a strategic HR Business Partner, championing Organization Design, Change Management, and HR Transformation initiatives. His approach blends deep functional expertise with a sharp understanding of business priorities, enabling organizations to navigate complexity while building future-ready talent structures.
Prior to joining AlconANZ, Anup held senior leadership roles at Medtronic, where he spent over six years driving Talent Acquisition and Human Relations for R&D. His earlier experiences at Mylan Laboratories Limited as Manager – HR and at Kotak Mahindra Bank further enriched his understanding of large-scale workforce development, talent management, and organizational culture building.
