Kuldeep Etane has joined Kotak811 as Vice President – Product & Growth, bringing with him over 16 years of experience in building and scaling high-growth digital businesses across D2C, e-commerce, consumer tech, and automotive sectors. In his new role, Kuldeep is set to drive product strategy, growth charters, and customer experience initiatives, leveraging his strong background in P&L ownership, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation within large-scale consumer platforms.
Prior to Kotak811, Kuldeep served as Director – Product & Growth (D2C) at FanCode, where he played a pivotal role in scaling FanCode Shop into one of India’s fastest-growing licensed sports merchandise platforms. He led end-to-end product development, growth marketing, merchandising, and brand strategy, managing over a dozen D2C platforms including official IPL franchise stores such as KKR, RR, PBKS, LSG, and Dream11 partnerships. His leadership helped optimize conversion rates, improve retention, and drive sustainable GMV and margin growth through integrated product and growth engines.
Kuldeep’s career includes a significant tenure at Flipkart, where he scaled multiple digital commerce platforms, built new D2C and service marketplace businesses from scratch, and contributed to re-commerce and after-sales service innovations. Earlier, he worked with John Deere, General Motors, Volvo Trucks, and Tata AutoComp, leading product lifecycle initiatives and global platform launches, giving him a rare blend of deep engineering roots and modern product-led growth expertise.
An IIM Bangalore MBA graduate, Kuldeep is known for combining startup agility with enterprise-scale execution.
