Shikha Khanna has been elevated to the role of Managing Director and Head – Global Capability Center (GCC/GIC) at Options Group, marking a significant leadership milestone in her career. Based in Mumbai, this appointment reflects Options Group’s continued focus on strengthening its GCC and offshoring advisory capabilities for global clients across financial and non-financial services.
With over 18 years of experience, Shikha is a highly respected leader in the executive search and GCC ecosystem. She brings deep expertise in CXO and C-suite hiring, GCC build-outs, and leadership advisory, with a strong specialization in Financial Services and diversified GCC setups spanning technology, operations, finance, risk, analytics, and HR. Her ability to combine market intelligence with strategic talent solutions has made her a trusted partner to global organizations establishing and scaling offshore centers.
Shikha has been associated with Options Group for more than a decade, most recently serving as Executive Director, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s GCC and executive recruitment practice. Prior to Options Group, she spent nearly a decade at Mancer Consulting Services as Practice Head, where she led BFSI, ITES, and investment banking mandates, managed P&L responsibilities, and successfully scaled the Mumbai operations.
In her new role, Shikha will lead the global GCC practice, focusing on strategic advisory, leadership hiring, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale capability center transformations. Her appointment is expected to further strengthen Options Group’s position as a trusted advisor to organizations building future-ready global capability centers.
