Based in Puducherry, Sathish has been associated with Straive for over nine years, steadily progressing through leadership roles including Senior Manager and Assistant Director, before taking on this director-level mandate.
With 10+ years of experience in HR Operations and HR Business Partnering, Sathish brings deep expertise across talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll, performance management, employee engagement, attrition analysis, and HR analytics. His experience spans organizations with 6,000+ employees, where he has played a critical role in building scalable, process-driven HR frameworks.
Before Straive, Sathish held HR leadership roles at SPi Technologies and Laserwords, where he developed a strong foundation as an HR generalist and people operations leader. His career reflects consistent growth, hands-on operational excellence, and a strong understanding of workforce dynamics in large, complex organizations.
