With over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales, Shabarish brings a proven track record of closing high-value, complex deals across sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Automotive. Known for navigating long sales cycles and expanding strategic accounts, he has consistently exceeded revenue targets while building strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives.

Prior to joining Workday, Shabarish held senior sales leadership roles at Salesforce, where he served as Account Director for Financial Services and earlier led growth for Service Cloud in the enterprise segment. His career also spans impactful stints at Oracle, SAP, Resulticks, Wipro, and Dow Jones, giving him deep exposure to enterprise technology ecosystems, digital transformation initiatives, and customer experience solutions.
