In his new role at Kyndryl, Jasleen will be responsible for driving strategic client engagements across the GCC region, enabling organizations to navigate complex transformation journeys. He is widely recognized for his ability to manage high-stakes “Managed-X” operating models, execute end-to-end transformation programs, and deploy advanced hyper-automation initiatives that enhance operational resilience and business agility.
Before joining Kyndryl, Jasleen spent a significant part of his career at IBM, where he led critical client engagements and large transformation programs, as well as at DXC Technology, further honing his expertise in program leadership and global delivery. His strong grounding in the SAP ecosystem has enabled him to help clients design and implement future-ready enterprise landscapes aligned with long-term business goals.
Earlier in his career, Jasleen built broad consulting and technology experience across organizations such as Numeric Technologies, Splisys Consulting, and Quantum Business Advisory. He began his professional journey at Nucsoft and Microgenesis Private Limited, developing a solid engineering foundation that continues to inform his holistic, end-to-end approach to program execution.
