Mohit Sadhotra has joined Dr Lal PathLabs as Head of Supply Chain Management, bringing with him over 16 years of rich industry experience across strategic sourcing, supply planning, and inventory management. In his new role, Mohit will be responsible for strengthening and optimizing Dr Lal PathLabs’ supply chain operations, supporting the organization’s focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and scale across its diagnostic network.
An accomplished, focused, and result-oriented professional, Mohit has built a strong career working with leading multinational organizations across telecom, manufacturing and technology-driven sectors. His professional journey includes impactful stints at Alstom (GE), United Technologies Corporation (UTC) with brands such as Otis Elevator Co., Carrier Airconditioning, and UTC Aerospace, GreyOrange Robotics, and Bharti Airtel Ltd. Across these organizations, he has played a key role in driving supply chain transformation and process improvements.
Mohit’s core expertise spans Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Development, Purchase and Procurement, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Supplier Process Audits and Health Assessments. His experience in managing complex, multi-location supply chains within large global enterprises positions him well to handle the evolving operational demands of Dr Lal PathLabs.
In addition to his functional depth, Mohit brings strong capabilities in Project Management, enabling him to lead cross-functional initiatives and align supply chain strategies with broader business objectives.
