Umesh Kumar has joined Incuspaze Solutions Pvt Ltd as Vice President – Information Technology, where he will lead the organization’s technology strategy with a focus on digital transformation, workplace automation, and cyber security operations. In his new role, Umesh will be responsible for strengthening IT governance, modernising enterprise systems, and enabling scalable, secure technology platforms to support Incuspaze’s growth across its flexible workspace and managed office solutions portfolio.
With years of experience spanning IT infrastructure, ITES, enterprise systems, and operations, Umesh brings a deep understanding of designing and managing high-performing technology environments. At Incuspaze, he is tasked with driving end-to-end digital initiatives, enhancing workplace automation, and ensuring robust cyber security frameworks across locations.
Prior to joining Incuspaze, Umesh served as Head of IT Infrastructure at Smartworks, where he spent four years leading large-scale IT infrastructure operations and supporting business expansion across multiple Indian cities and in Singapore. His tenure was marked by a strong focus on operational excellence, scalability, and resilient IT environments aligned with business needs.
Earlier in his career, Umesh held important roles at Technopak Advisors, where he oversaw enterprise networks, data centres, security systems, and large-scale IT deployments. He also co-founded Neeume Sales Pvt. Ltd., gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience in B2B services. His foundational years include technical roles at Open Solutions (now part of Fiserv) and WNS Global Services, where he built strong expertise in enterprise IT support, virtualization, network security, and global IT operations.
With a career that spans consulting, IT services, BPO/ITES, and enterprise technology environments, Umesh Kumar’s appointment is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing Incuspaze Solutions’ digital roadmap, strengthening cyber resilience, and enabling future-ready workplaces through technology-led innovation.
