Rohit Anand has been appointed as Vice President – Supply Chain at Skyroot Aerospace, reinforcing the company’s leadership bench as it scales advanced aerospace manufacturing and space launch capabilities. In this role, he will lead enterprise-wide supply chain strategy, procurement operations, inventory governance, international contracting, and the global supplier ecosystem powering Skyroot’s mission-critical programs.
With over 13 years of leadership experience, Rohit brings deep expertise across P2P transformation, strategic sourcing, inventory optimization, competitive bidding, global contract management, and large-scale program procurement. He has led supply chain operations managing an annual spend exceeding ₹2,000 crore, driving governance, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency across complex, technology-intensive environments.
Prior to joining Skyroot Aerospace, Rohit held a senior leadership position at Tata Advanced Systems Limited, where he headed supply chain operations across assembly and manufacturing facilities. He led end-to-end supply ecosystems supporting aerospace programs including the Boeing AH-64 Apache, Pilatus PC-12, Lockheed Martin C-130J Super Hercules, Sikorsky S-92, and Airbus C295 programs, among others. His leadership strengthened centralized supply chain governance, aligned procurement strategy with high-precision assembly operations, and ensured supplier readiness for global aerospace standards.
Rohit has built and managed a global supplier ecosystem spanning India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Greece, Spain, and South Asia, bringing extensive cross-border sourcing and international contract management expertise.
Earlier in his career, he gained cross-industry exposure at Amul (GCMMF) and Cognizant Technology Solutions, building a strong foundation in structured operations and process excellence.
Rohit Anand is an alumnus of SDA Bocconi and London Business School, where he pursued executive studies in leadership and organizational excellence, further strengthening his ability to lead transformation and high-performance global teams.
His appointment reflects Skyroot Aerospace’s continued focus on building a resilient, globally integrated, and future-ready supply chain backbone supporting India’s expanding role in the private space ecosystem.
