With extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, Rajendra Singh Naruka brings a strong track record of managing high-performing teams and scaling business operations. Prior to joining IDFC FIRST Bank, he was associated with Piramal Finance, where he served as Cluster Sales Manager, playing a key role in expanding the company’s sales footprint and managing strategic relationships. He also held the role of Relationship Manager at Piramal Finance, further strengthening his expertise in customer-centric growth strategies.
Earlier in his career, Rajendra Singh Naruka worked with Bandhan Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager, where he gained hands-on experience in branch operations, sales leadership, and portfolio management. His professional journey also includes a tenure at HDFC Bank as a Client Relationship Partner, where he focused on client acquisition, retention, and long-term relationship building. Additionally, he has been associated with YES BANK, further adding depth to his experience across diverse banking environments.
