With over 22 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector, Mr Jagadeeswar brings deep expertise in Gold Loans Management and Sales, Retail Assets Management, Business Growth and Expansion, Profit and Loss Ownership, Risk Management, and Product Development . He is widely recognized for driving scalable growth and transforming businesses through innovative, disciplined, and customer centric retail lending strategies.
In his current role at Best Finance Corporation Ltd, Mr Jagadeeswar is responsible for strengthening the gold loans portfolio, expanding the company’s presence across emerging and established markets, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving sustainable profitability, while ensuring robust risk management and governance frameworks.
Prior to joining BFCL, Mr Jagadeeswar held senior leadership positions across reputed financial institutions. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer Gold Loans at DRU GOLD, where he played a pivotal role in business expansion and strategic execution. His earlier assignments include Deputy Vice President Gold Loans at IIFL (India Infoline Group) and Chief Manager Gold Loans at Ing Vysya Bank is now Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he made significant contributions to portfolio growth, risk optimisation, and product development.
On the academic front, Mr Jagadeeswar holds an MBA from Kakatiya University, Warangal and has p Certified from NMIS Hyderabad, further strengthening his leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational management capabilities.
