Prior to joining OSL, Ms. Palit served as Associate Vice President – Growth, Planning & Administration at Goodace Hospital, where she drove operational efficiency and institutional growth strategies. She also held key leadership positions at Apollo Clinic across Newtown, Vivekananda Road, and Girish Park, serving as Centre Head and Manager – Operations. During her tenure, she successfully strengthened clinical coordination, enhanced patient experience frameworks, improved revenue performance, and led comprehensive doctor engagement initiatives while overseeing end-to-end clinic operations.
Her professional journey also includes impactful roles at Medica Superspeciality Hospital, Fortis Healthcare, and Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals. Across these institutions, she managed corporate relations, credit operations, billing and insurance processes, grievance redressal, and VIP patient services.
