Lotus Herbals has appointed Puja Singh as Head of Marketing, strengthening its leadership as the company continues to expand its presence in India’s beauty and personal care market.
In her new role, Puja will oversee marketing strategy, brand operations, and growth initiatives for Lotus Herbals’ diverse portfolio including Lotus Herbals, Lotus Dermabotanics, Lotus Makeup, Lotus Organics+, Lotus Botanicals, and the clinical skin-tech brand Dermacy.
Puja is a Gold Medalist MBA and an alumna of the Indian School of Business Hyderabad and Miranda House. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the beauty and personal care industry, with strong expertise in brand building, consumer marketing, innovation strategy, and commercial growth.
She joins Lotus Herbals from McNROE Consumer Products Pvt Ltd, where she led Marketing & Innovations and successfully drove brand positioning, new product development, and marketing strategies targeting Gen-Z and millennial consumers.
This appointment also marks a return to Lotus Herbals for Puja, who earlier served as Marketing Manager for the Lotus Makeup division and exclusive brand outlets. During her previous tenure, she played a significant role in launching and repositioning Lotus Makeup as a youth-focused aspirational beauty brand.
At Lotus Herbals, she will now focus on expanding the company’s brand footprint across digital and traditional channels while strengthening its presence in the growing organic and dermatological skincare segments.
