Prior to joining Evalueserve, Ashish Pattnaik served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Marlabs LLC, where he played a key role in strengthening global hiring capabilities. He also held the position of Senior Director (Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management) at LTIMindtree and Mindtree, contributing to talent strategy, workforce planning, and scaling high-performing teams across geographies.
His career also includes a significant tenure at AXA, where he led Talent Acquisition in India, focusing on Data Science & Analytics, Actuarial, and leadership hiring mandates. Earlier, he worked as Site Leader/Manager – Talent Acquisition at GlobalLogic and as Staffing Lead at Mindteck, further strengthening his expertise in technical and strategic hiring.
