Raajeev Saaxena has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Ashoka Buildcon Limited, effective March 2026. In this strategic leadership role, he will lead the organization’s people agenda, focusing on building a performance-driven culture, accelerating HR digital transformation, and fostering a people-centric environment across its diverse infrastructure verticals, including highways, railways, power, and city gas distribution.
Bringing with him a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Raajeev Saaxena has developed deep expertise across the infrastructure, logistics, and pharmaceutical sectors. His extensive experience positions him well to align human capital strategies with business growth, particularly in organizations managing complex, large-scale operations.
Prior to joining Ashoka Buildcon Limited, he served as General Manager – HR & Admin at Ion Exchange India Ltd, where he led HR for the Projects & Environment division. His leadership journey also includes a long-standing association of nearly 15 years with Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, along with key roles at Ocean Network Express and Ipca Laboratories.
Known for his strong command over Industrial Relations, HR Automation, and Leadership Pipeline Development, Raajeev Saaxena has consistently driven organizational effectiveness and workforce transformation.
