Prior to this, Shailesh served as General Manager – Human Resources at Innoxel Lifesciences Private Limited, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening HR frameworks and supporting business expansion. He also held the position of Head of Human Resources at RPG Life Sciences Ltd., where he was responsible for leading HR and industrial relations for both domestic and international pharma operations, driving initiatives around talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
Over the years, Shailesh has built deep expertise across HR leadership roles in prominent organizations such as Zydus Group and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.. His experience spans critical areas including trade union management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and capability building. He has consistently focused on aligning people strategies with business goals while fostering a culture of performance and engagement.
Earlier in his career, Shailesh held leadership roles at SPC Lifesciences Limited, Zydex Industries, and GEA Group, where he contributed to operational excellence initiatives, HR transformation projects, and the development of robust people management practices across organizations.
