Dr. Parikshit Chaudhari has joined Sanofi as Head – Market Access & Pricing Strategy, as a part of country leadership team, strengthening the company’s leadership in navigating India’s evolving healthcare access landscape. Based in Mumbai, he will play a critical role in shaping pricing frameworks, improving patient access, and aligning market strategies to support the delivery of innovative therapies across diverse segments.
As Head of Market Access & Healthcare Affairs at Sanofi, Dr.Parikshit Chaudhari will navigate complex public and private market environments to drive compliant pricing and sustainable access to innovative therapies. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and strategic communication, he aims to build alignment across the healthcare ecosystem—ensuring that breakthrough treatments reach the patients who need them most in an increasingly dynamic and regulated market.
Prior to joining Sanofi, Dr. Parikshit Chaudhari was associated with Boehringer Ingelheim, where he served as Head – Market Access & Pricing Strategy and was part of the country leadership team. In this role, he led market access and healthcare affairs, managed pricing compliance, and drove patient engagement initiatives, gaining deep insights into patient needs and market dynamics. He also played a key role in leading pricing strategies across therapy areas and pipeline drugs in the Indian market.
Earlier, Dr. Parikshit Chaudhari spent over six years with Takeda, where he contributed across multiple roles including Market Access – Vaccines for India and Sri Lanka, Senior Product Manager for genetic diseases, and Medical Science Liaison. His experience includes launching innovative portfolios, driving post-launch market excellence, and building strong techno-commercial expertise in rare diseases. His professional journey also includes roles at Nestlé as Medical Marketing Manager and at the World Health Organization, where he contributed to public health programs including polio eradication, immunization, and disease surveillance.
Dr. Parikshit Chaudhari began his career serving as a Major in the Indian Army, where he led critical healthcare initiatives in challenging environments, including high-altitude deployments and operational zones. This diverse background across healthcare, industry, and public service has shaped his strategic and mission-driven approach. With his appointment at Sanofi, he brings a unique blend of clinical, commercial, and policy expertise to advance access, affordability, and innovation in healthcare.
