Vivek has been associated with Aeka Advisors from its inception, steadily progressing through key leadership roles over the past 5 years. During this time, he has played an instrumental role in building the firm’s advisory practice, delivering high-impact solutions, and leading complex, marquee client engagements across sectors, including working with IPO bound company, high-growth startups, PE/VC Funds, complemented with deep expertise in the real estate sector through extensive work with large developers, RE focused funds and REITs.
Prior to joining Aeka Advisors, he held a managerial role at PwC India, where he gained extensive experience in transaction advisory and financial consulting. Over his four-year tenure at PwC India, he handled multiple assignments involving deal structuring, financial analysis, and advisory support, contributing to successful transaction outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Vivek was associated with BMR Advisors, where he developed strong expertise in transaction tax, cross-border taxation, and corporate compliance , laying a strong technical foundation for his future roles.
