Having spent over a decade with PNB Housing Finance Limited, Sachdev has steadily risen through the ranks, previously serving as Zonal Business Head – North 1 Prime, Regional Business Head, and Branch Manager. His consistent performance, deep market insights, and ability to deliver strong business outcomes have played a key role in his elevation to this national leadership position.
Prior to his journey with PNB Housing Finance Limited, he worked with Axis Bank as Assistant Vice President, where he built a strong foundation in retail banking, sales, and customer relationship management—skills that continue to define his leadership approach.
