Pranay Shree has been promoted to Partner Sales Leader – India at Aiven, reinforcing the company’s commitment to scaling its presence in one of its most strategic growth markets. In this role, he will spearhead the expansion of Aiven’s channel partner ecosystem while accelerating market penetration across the country.

Pranay has been instrumental in building Aiven’s partner network in India from the ground up, creating a scalable ecosystem of resellers and strategic alliances. His efforts have significantly expanded the company’s customer base, added new logos, and driven strong revenue growth in the region. By enabling partners to independently position and sell Aiven’s cloud and data platform, he has successfully established a robust and sustainable go-to-market engine.

Since joining Aiven, Pranay has progressed through key roles, most recently serving as Manager – Partner Sales, where he led partnerships and enterprise sales initiatives across India. He worked closely with hyperscalers, distributors, and system integrators to build high-impact relationships, while developing strategic initiatives to enhance market presence and sales performance. His ability to combine partner enablement with business growth has been central to Aiven’s success in the region.

Prior to Aiven, Pranay held roles at Talend and Innovaccer, where he gained strong experience in enterprise sales, cloud technologies, and data solutions. He began his career at Bill Gosling Outsourcing, steadily growing into leadership roles in business development and sales.

As part of its broader growth strategy, Aiven is strengthening its footprint in India to help organizations leverage open-source technologies such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and ClickHouse to build AI-ready data pipelines.
