Lovejeet Pareek has been appointed as Regional Head – Rajasthan, DGM Operations at Dr.Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, one of India’s oldest and largest eye-care networks, trust for over six decades across India and Africa.
In this pivotal role, he will oversee operations and P&L across multiple centers in Jaipur and Bikaner, along with upcoming projects in other districts of Rajasthan.
With 15 years of experience at leading healthcare organizations such as Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Fortis Healthcare, CK Birla Hospitals, India, Vasan Eye Care, and Centre for Sight, Lovejeet brings deep expertise in Sales & Marketing, Operations Management, P&L Management and Brand Development. He has developed a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including trends, regulations, and customer needs. In addition, he is skilled in market research, project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
