Srinivas Thali Ramakrishna has been appointed as Head of Siemens PLM Practice) at L&T Technology Services (LTTS), marking a significant leadership addition as the organisation continues to strengthen its Global Digital Manufacturing and PLM capabilities. In his new role, Srinivas will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, scaling SIEMENS PLM practices aligning with enterprise transformation goals across global clients.
Srinivas Thali Ramakrishna brings over two decades of experience in managing cross-functional, multi-geography teams across India, Mexico, Poland, Germany, and Vietnam, coupled with strong leadership across complex delivery environments. His expertise spans end-to-end PLM practice management, delivery, governance, and global stakeholder alignment positioning him well to lead LTTS’ Digital Manufacturing Services – PLM portfolio.
Prior to joining LTTS, Srinivas Thali Ramakrishna served in impactful roles at ITC Infotech, HCL Technologies, PROLIM, Bosch India (RBEI Mexico & Poland), Geometric Ltd and Ex-Founding member of Invati Technologies Private Limited where he brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial pedigree, agility and delivery excellence with this diverse background, Srinivas Thali Ramakrishna’s appointment is expected to play a key role in advancing LTTS’ Digital Manufacturing Services ( PLM ) growth strategy worldwide.
