In his new role, he is expected to drive strategic initiatives across Home Loan / LAP portfolios, enhance sales performance, and contribute to strengthening the bank’s retail lending operations.
Prior to this, Raka Ojha built a strong foundation in the housing finance domain through his role as Territory Business Manager at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, where he played a key role in managing regional business growth and optimizing customer acquisition strategies. His ability to lead teams and deliver consistent results positioned him as a dependable leader in competitive markets.
He further expanded his expertise during his tenure as Area Sales Manager – Home Loans at IndusInd Bank, where he was responsible for driving loan disbursements and strengthening channel partnerships. His earlier roles as Sales Manager – Home Loan at Axis Bank and HDFC Bank saw him consistently delivering on business targets while enhancing customer engagement across segments.
Raka Ojha also gained valuable experience at Home First Finance Company (HFFC) as a Collections Strategist, where he developed a strong understanding of credit risk and recovery mechanisms. This diverse exposure across sales, strategy, and collections has enabled him to build a well-rounded perspective on the lending lifecycle.
