K Kishore Kumar Reddy has joined Hexominds as Co-Founder & CEO, marking a significant entrepreneurial milestone in his nearly two-decade-long journey across data, analytics, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). In his new role, he aims to redefine how GCCs are conceptualized, built, and scaled—positioning them not just as cost centers, but as strategic engines of innovation, intelligence, and enterprise value creation.
At Hexominds, Kishore is leading a bold vision to architect next-generation GCC ecosystems that are outcome-driven, agile, and deeply integrated with global business priorities. The company is focused on enabling enterprises to set up and scale high-impact GCCs through a combination of advanced analytics, AI-led decision frameworks, and globally benchmarked operating models. With a sharp emphasis on “build-to-scale” methodologies, Hexominds is designing GCCs that deliver measurable business outcomes—ranging from revenue acceleration and customer intelligence to operational resilience and digital transformation.
Prior to this, Kishore served as Director – Data & BI Analytics at MassMutual India, where he led enterprise-wide analytics transformation and strengthened global reporting frameworks. He also played a pivotal role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Senior Vice President, where he built and scaled the Wealth Management Analytics GCC in India from the ground up—transforming it into a strategic hub that delivered high-value insights, influenced global decision-making, and enabled multi-million-dollar business impact.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Empower Retirement, Cigna, and Wells Fargo, where he consistently built GCC and analytics capabilities from scratch, embedded governance and scalability frameworks, and drove enterprise-wide adoption of data-driven decision-making. His early career at Fidelity Investments and GE Money laid the foundation for his expertise in customer analytics, business intelligence, and global delivery models.
With a proven track record of launching and scaling GCCs into high-performance global hubs, Kishore’s move to entrepreneurship reflects a larger industry shift toward value-centric GCC models.
