SPR India is pleased to announce the appointment of Prakash M Sundaram as Vice President & Revenue Head – Residential, further strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates the growth of its residential portfolio.
In this role, Prakash will lead revenue strategy and sales performance across SPR India’s premium and large-scale residential developments. He will drive topline growth through integrated sales, marketing, channel partnerships, and dynamic pricing strategies, aligned with the company’s focus on delivering high-quality, customer-centric developments.
With over two decades of experience across real estate, retail, and hospitality, Prakash brings a strong track record in driving business growth, optimizing asset performance, and building high-impact sales ecosystems. His expertise spans residential real estate, mixed-use developments, and commercial leasing, with a focus on aligning strategy with evolving market dynamics to deliver sustained revenue outcomes.
Prior to joining SPR India, he served as Vice President – Business at Virtuous Retail, where he led end-to-end operations and P&L for a large mixed-use asset in Bengaluru. He has also held leadership roles at The Phoenix Mills Ltd. and Ramky Wavoo Developers Private Limited, driving sales, marketing, and CRM functions.
Earlier in his career, Prakash worked with organizations including TVS Emerald, Alliance Group, and Shriram Properties Ltd., contributing to the launch and growth of residential and commercial projects. His professional journey began in hospitality with Taj Hotels and international hotel chains, shaping his customer-centric approach.
This strategic appointment reinforces SPR India’s focus on expanding its residential footprint, strengthening market leadership, and delivering sustained value.
