With over two decades of experience in the insurance sector, Nishant brings deep expertise in sales leadership, channel management, and business development. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to scale operations, build high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable growth across geographies and business lines.
Prior to this, Nishant was associated with HDFC ERGO General Insurance, where he held critical leadership roles including Commercial Line/SME Business Head – South and National Sales Head – KRG. During his tenure, he successfully drove SME agency growth, built strong distribution partnerships, and delivered on premium and productivity targets while strengthening operational efficiency.
Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Kotak Mahindra General Insurance, TATA AIG General Insurance, and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, where he led multiple high-impact portfolios across bancassurance, agency, and OEM channels. His career reflects a strong track record in managing P&L, improving retention ratios, optimizing loss ratios, and driving customer-centric strategies across both retail and corporate segments.
