With over 27 years of global experience, Vijay brings a rare blend of deep engineering expertise and strategic product leadership across aerospace, industrial systems, mobility, and enterprise SaaS. Before co-founding tiramai.ai, he held senior leadership roles at Aptean, where he served as Associate Vice President and earlier as Sr Director, R&D. During his tenure, he led product innovation across more than 15 enterprise SaaS platforms, spearheaded GenAI-led transformation initiatives, and unified multiple European ERP acquisitions onto a single Microsoft Azure-based platform. His leadership contributed to doubling SaaS revenue, delivering significant operational efficiencies, and unlocking engineering capacity to accelerate innovation.
Earlier, Vijay spent over two decades at Honeywell and Honeywell Aerospace, where he led global engineering initiatives for safety-critical systems including next-generation avionics, UAV technologies, and connected flight platforms. He incubated internal ventures generating over $39 million in value, reduced product development cycle times by 38%, and contributed to the development of advanced aviation systems for global OEMs such as Airbus and Boeing. Across his career, he has consistently driven large-scale transformation while maintaining a strong focus on innovation, quality, and performance.
