Asha Roshini has been appointed as Chief of Staff at LIKO-S, India, where she will lead People & Culture and Talent Strategy, including the establishment of the LIKO-S Academy to build a strong talent pipeline for both domestic and international projects. In this role, she will work in close alignment with LIKO-S International in the Czech Republic, while also driving operating efficiency, cadence, and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate business growth. Additionally, she will oversee external accounting and compliance partners, positioning herself as a key enabler of organizational effectiveness and a central force behind LIKO-S India’s operations.
This move marks a significant step in Asha Roshini’s career as she takes on a strategic leadership role focused on leveraging human capital to drive operating efficiency and business outcomes. Her focus on building the LIKO-S Academy reflects a forward-looking, skill-first approach aimed at enabling Indian teams to seamlessly support both European and domestic projects, reinforcing LIKO-S’ global integration and growth ambitions.
Prior to this appointment, Asha Roshini served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition Human Resources at EssilorLuxottica, where she led workforce planning, organization structure, headcount validation, and talent mobility across India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. She was responsible for talent acquisition strategies across all levels, driving employer branding, diversity, and hiring initiatives across multiple business verticals.
Earlier, she held key roles at MAS GMR Aero Technic Ltd, where she served as Deputy Manager–HR and Executive–HR, playing a pivotal role in setting up HR processes and systems for a greenfield Airport MRO facility and establishing the Aircraft Technician Training Program to build specialized talent. She was also conferred as Deputy Post Holder for HR by EASA. Her experience further includes roles as Senior Consultant at Career Reach, handling recruitment and HR projects across industries, Executive Projects at Acer, and Project Trainee at Reliance Communications, building a strong foundation in HR, talent strategy, and organizational development.
