Sudhakar Sanivarapu has been appointed as Vice President & GCC Delivery Head at Coforge, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership as it strengthens its global capability center (GCC) delivery and transformation capabilities.
In this role, Sudhakar will lead engineering and operations for a key global wealth and investment management client, with a sharp focus on building and scaling high-performing GCC teams, driving platform modernization, and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
He brings over 25 years of experience in banking, financial services, and insurance, with deep expertise in technology leadership, product engineering, and global delivery models. Prior to joining Coforge, Sudhakar spent more than 17 years at Broadridge Financial Solutions, where he held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President – Global Technology & Operations. During his tenure, he played a critical role in scaling capital markets and wealth technology platforms while strengthening global engineering capabilities.
Earlier in his career, he worked with organizations such as CSC, ADP, UBS, and Freddie Mac, where he contributed to large-scale transformation programs across insurance platforms and capital markets post trade systems.
Sudhakar’s appointment underscores Coforge’s continued investment in GCC-led transformation, leveraging engineering excellence, operational scale, and innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes for global clients.
