Gaurav Papriwal has been appointed as Vice President – CFO at Intelligent Community Management Private Limited (ICM), and Bhartiya Converge, marking a significant step in his leadership journey across finance and business transformation.
With over 15 years of experience spanning multinational organizations across manufacturing, technology services, and telecommunications, Gaurav brings a strong track record in building agile, value-driven finance functions. In his new role, he will lead the organization’s financial strategy, governance, and growth agenda, while driving end-to-end finance operations across budgeting, reporting, treasury, risk management, and compliance.
Prior to joining ICM, Gaurav held senior leadership roles at TresVista, where he served as Executive Vice President – Finance Controller, leading global tax, audits, financial planning, and transformation initiatives. He has also worked with Sterlite Tech, AkzoNobel India, and Wonder Cement, where he led key initiatives across budgeting, cost optimization, working capital management, and strengthening internal controls.
At ICM, he is focused on enabling data-driven decision-making, enhancing financial processes, and driving finance transformation through automation and standardization. He is also closely aligned with leadership on strategic priorities including performance tracking, cost optimization, and scalable growth.
