Ratna Prakash Assumes Expanded Role as Group IT Director

Ratna Prakash has taken on an expanded mandate as Group IT Director at Triple4 Investment Holding, overseeing enterprise technology strategy across Aviation & Aerospace | Logistics & Supply Chain| Facilities Management | Infrastructure & Real Assets| Strategic Consulting & Managed Services| Emerging Technologies & Digital Assets Based in Abu Dhabi, he leads digital transformation, AI adoption, enterprise data platforms, infrastructure modernisation, and cybersecurity governance across the Group’s global operations. He also oversees a large, cross-functional IT organisation, ensuring technology investments are aligned with operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and long-term business growth.

With over 25 years of leadership experience, Ratna has delivered enterprise ERP modernisation, scalable infrastructure architectures, governance frameworks, and data-driven platforms across complex environments. Leveraging his deep technology expertise, he will further strengthen aviation and airport infrastructure technology frameworks while advancing integrated digital ecosystems across the Group.

In this expanded role, he remains focused on accelerating transformation, embedding AI-driven innovation, and reinforcing a strong, enterprise-wide security and risk management framework to safeguard critical operations and enable sustainable, future-ready growth.
