Shailesh R Agrawal has been appointed as the Head – Fund Management at KSH INFRA, marking a strategic addition to the company’s leadership. In this role, Shailesh will set up and lead the Fund Management vertical, spearheading the launch of a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) with a target corpus of INR 1,250 Crores (~USD 140 million) plus INR 500 Crores (~USD 60 million) in co-investment commitments. The fund will focus on greenfield opportunities in sustainable Grade-A industrial and logistics infrastructure across India’s core industrial markets.
With over 15 years of experience spanning fund management, private equity advisory, and corporate strategy, Shailesh brings deep expertise in institutional and retail capital formation and real assets investing. With significant years of experience spanning fund management, private equity, and corporate strategy, Shailesh brings a well-rounded perspective to drive capital efficiency and long-term value creation.
An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Shailesh R Agrawal has built a strong academic and professional foundation. Prior to joining KSH INFRA, Shailesh led Fund Management and Strategy at Welspun One. His career also includes leadership and strategic roles at globally reputed organizations, including Bain & Company, Alvarez & Marsal, Deloitte Consulting, and Royal Bank of Scotland. This extensive cross-industry experience has enabled him to develop a nuanced understanding of investment ecosystems and corporate growth strategies.
At KSH INFRA, Shailesh will focus on end-to-end platform build-out, capital raising across institutional investors and family offices, deployment, investor engagement and portfolio optimization. His appointment reflects the company’s focus on scaling its presence in the logistics space through strategic financial leadership.
