With extensive experience in scaling technology organizations and driving people-first transformation initiatives, she brings deep expertise in HR strategy, leadership hiring, M&A integration, employee engagement, and culture building across global organizations.
Prior to joining Mattel, Bhavani Pandi served as Country People Partner at TriNet, where she played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the India HR function for a SaaS-based HCM organization. She led GCC expansion initiatives, BOT transitions, talent acquisition, leadership hiring, compliance frameworks, and post-acquisition integration while partnering closely with global leadership teams to align people strategy with business growth objectives.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Ggaith Services Pvt Ltd, Genesys, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Bank of America, Ma Foi Randstad, Infosys, and Collins Consulting Inc, building strong expertise across talent acquisition, HR business partnering, client engagement, recruitment consulting, and organizational development across India and global markets.
