Sagar Doshi has been elevated to Managing Director at HCE Dynamics Pvt Ltd, the company behind the Hicool brand of industrial air-moving and thermal management solutions. The elevation comes as the company enters its next phase of strategic growth and global expansion.
Sagar previously served as Director at Hicool and has been central to its evolution into a globally trusted manufacturing and engineering brand. Under his leadership, Hicool has strengthened its vertically integrated manufacturing operations, scaled its engineering capabilities, and grown its footprint across more than 20 countries. His leadership has also helped build deeper customer trust across industrial applications where thermal and air movement performance is mission critical.
Prior to joining the company, Sagar worked with Deloitte and pursued his academic journey at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. These experiences shaped his approach to business leadership, manufacturing excellence, and global market development.
In his new role, Sagar will lead the company’s vision across innovation, manufacturing growth, sustainability, and international business expansion. His elevation comes at a point when the organisation is actively positioning itself for future-ready air-moving solutions while continuing to deliver on its brand promise, “Performance with Purpose.”
