Tabrez Alam has been elevated to Director – Sales at ElasticRun, where he will now lead the Quick Commerce business vertical. Over the years, he has played a key role in driving strategic growth, strengthening client partnerships, and building scalable business initiatives across the organization. In his new role, he will work across sales, network expansion, product development, and tech enablement to help build smarter and more scalable quick commerce operations.
Tabrez has built an extensive career across logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, and transportation services with strong expertise in sales leadership, strategic partnerships, business development, and operational scaling. At ElasticRun, he previously served as Associate Director of Sales and General Manager of Sales, contributing significantly to the company’s growth journey and commercial expansion initiatives. Prior to ElasticRun, he worked in Business Consulting roles focused on organizational consulting and sales transformation.
Earlier in his career, Tabrez held senior leadership roles at Shadowfax as Senior Director – Sales and Sales Director, where he managed logistics operations, transportation strategy, and customer services while driving large-scale sales and supply chain initiatives. He also served as National Manager – Strategic Accounts at Ecom Express
Private Limited and Regional Sales Manager at Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), where he led revenue generation, customer retention, strategic account management, and regional business expansion across key markets.
Before that, he worked with Mahindra Logistics as Business Development Manager and spent several years with DHL Express India Pvt Ltd and DHL Express Malaysia across multiple positions including Territory Manager, Key Account Executive, and Clearance Support Executive. He began his professional journey with AFL WIZ Express in customer service operations, building strong foundational expertise in international logistics, customer relationship management, and operational excellence. His elevation reflects ElasticRun’s continued focus on building leadership that combines business impact with long-term operational excellence.
