Rahul Chavan has been appointed as Divisional Head – Sales & Marketing at Anusaya AgriNutrition Pvt. Ltd., where he will lead business operations across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. In his new role, he will drive revenue growth, market expansion, dealer and distributor network development, and strategic sales initiatives while strengthening farmer engagement through innovative plant nutrition solutions. Rahul brings extensive experience in the agriculture and agri-input industry, with strong expertise in sales leadership, market development, channel management, and team building. Prior to joining Anusaya AgriNutrition Pvt. Ltd., he served as Zonal Manager – Sales & Marketing Maharashtra at FRANCO INDIA AGRO TECH & SERVICES PVT LTD., where he managed overall sales operations across Maharashtra and Burhanpur (MP), led high-performing sales teams, and drove strategic business development initiatives.
Earlier, he worked with Coromandel International Limited as Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing, managing operations across the Nashik, Palghar, and Thane regions. He also served as Territory Sales Manager at K+S Group, where he handled sales operations
across Sangli, Satara, Kolhapur, and the Konkan region while leading a 10-member team. Rahul spent over five years with Dayal Group across multiple leadership positions including District Sales Officer, Sales Lead Executive, Senior Sales Executive, and Sales Executive, steadily progressing through the organization while driving market development and business growth.
He began his professional journey with BASF as MDO, gaining strong foundational experience in market development and planning within the agri-business sector. With a proven track record in sales and market expansion across key agricultural markets, Rahul’s appointment marks an important addition to Anusaya AgriNutrition Pvt. Ltd.’s growth journey.
