Prachi Puravi has been elevated to Associate Director at PwC India, where she specializes in AI-driven delivery transformation and strategic program governance. In her expanded leadership role, she is leading enterprise-scale initiatives focused on integrating AI assets, accelerators, and intelligent automation capabilities into large delivery programs to drive operational efficiency, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.
Over the years, Prachi has built strong expertise in managing complex cross-functional programs, enabling AI adoption at scale, and establishing governance frameworks that ensure successful execution across high-value enterprise engagements. Prior to this elevation, she served as Manager and Senior Associate at PwC India, where she led Agile transformation initiatives, product governance, stakeholder management, delivery excellence, and enterprise program execution across large-scale business and technology transformation projects.
Before joining PwC India, Prachi worked with BT as Project Leader, where she managed end-to-end project planning, execution, budgeting, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery governance for complex business programs. Earlier in her career, she held key roles at HCL Technologies as Senior Specialist and Hewlett-Packard as Project Manager, building strong capabilities across Agile methodologies, project management, technology delivery, and operational leadership.
