Hardik Shah has been appointed as Senior Director – Solution Engineering at Rapidise Inc., effective June 1, 2026, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning more than 22 years in semiconductors, embedded systems, and connected technologies. Based in Ahmedabad, he will lead Pre-Sales and Sales Operations for Rapidise’s IoT ODM business, driving go-to-market strategies, customer engagement, solution development, and business growth across key industry verticals.
With extensive expertise in IoT architecture, system design, solution engineering, and wireless technologies, Hardik has built a strong track record of translating complex customer requirements into scalable, market-ready solutions. Throughout his career, he has successfully bridged the gap between engineering innovation and commercial execution, enabling organizations to accelerate product development and strengthen their competitive positioning in rapidly evolving technology markets.
Prior to joining Rapidise, Hardik spent over 17 years with Qualcomm, where he held several leadership roles including Senior Staff Engineer, Staff Engineer, Technical Account Manager, and Senior Lead Engineer. During his tenure, he led IoT and Wi-Fi customer programs, managed large-scale device launches, supported LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and NB-IoT deployments, and collaborated closely with OEMs, operators, and global technology partners to deliver next-generation connected solutions.
Earlier in his career, he worked with AMD, Samsung India, and Creative Solutions, gaining deep expertise across multimedia frameworks, embedded software, wireless communication technologies, and product engineering. His broad experience spans the entire product lifecycle, from architecture and development to validation, certification, deployment, and customer success.
In his new role, Hardik will focus on strengthening Rapidise’s IoT ODM business, enhancing customer-centric solution development, accelerating go-to-market execution, and building scalable engineering partnerships that support the next generation of connected devices and intelligent technologies. His appointment reinforces Rapidise’s commitment to investing in solution engineering leadership as it continues to expand its position in global markets.
