Raja K Bose has been elevated to Executive Director at Deloitte, marking a significant milestone in a distinguished career spanning more than 28 years across banking, financial services, technology, cloud, data, AI, managed services, and digital transformation. In his expanded leadership role, he will continue driving technology transformation, managed services, cloud, data, AI, and digital engineering initiatives for enterprise clients across the Banking and Financial Services sector. He will also lead business growth, P&L management, strategic partnerships, executive stakeholder engagement, and large-scale transformation programs.
An alumnus of Calcutta University, Raja has built an impressive leadership journey across some of the world’s most respected organizations. Prior to his elevation, he served as Director – Technology and Transformation – Engineering at Deloitte, where he led technology consulting, cloud and data platform initiatives, service delivery excellence, digital transformation programs, and revenue growth strategies for global enterprises. Before joining Deloitte, he held leadership positions at Mazars in India as Senior Partner – Business Analytics, Data Management and Director – Professional
Services, Analytics and Data Management, driving business strategy, innovation, analytics, consulting, practice development, and financial management initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Raja held senior leadership roles at SAS as Head – Technical Support India, Sybase Software as Technical Support Head – India, Reuters India as Technical Account Manager, and Reuters UK as Lead Support Consultant, where he led large-scale service delivery operations, enterprise customer support, P&L management, executive stakeholder engagement, and regional transformation programs across India, EMEA, and global markets. His extensive experience also includes serving as IT Infrastructure Manager at ICICI Bank, Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard, and Data Centre Officer at CMS Infosystems Pvt. Ltd., building a strong foundation in enterprise technology operations, infrastructure management, customer service excellence, and technology modernization.
