Mohit Kumar Jha has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Pinnacle Futurebuild Private Limited. A seasoned finance leader and Chartered Accountant, he brings over two decades of experience spanning corporate finance, banking, compliance, treasury, governance, and financial strategy, he brings a strong track record of driving business growth and financial excellence.
Prior to this appointment, Mohit served as Chief Financial Officer at IntraSoft Technologies Ltd., a NSE & BSE listed Company where he led group finance operations, global financial consolidation, treasury management, taxation, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and governance across multiple geographies. During his tenure, he played a key role in enhancing internal controls, optimizing costs, and strengthening the organization’s financial governance, reporting, and compliance framework.
Earlier in his career, Mohit held leadership positions at HDFC Bank as Senior Manager and at ICICI Bank as Manager, where he successfully managed business growth, branch operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and customer engagement. He
also gained valuable corporate finance experience with Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., CSAV Group Agencies (I) Pvt. Ltd. and REI Agro Limited.
