Neha Kanodia has been appointed as Vice President – Operations at Vinove Software and Services. In this leadership role, she will spearhead operational excellence initiatives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and drive business transformation. Her mandate includes optimizing processes, enhancing people capabilities, and building scalable systems that foster innovation, agility, and sustainable growth.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning Operations, Human Resources, Learning & Development, PMO Leadership, and Organizational Transformation, Neha brings a unique blend of strategic vision and execution excellence. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening people, systems, and processes, helping organizations create high-performing teams and future-ready operating models. Her expertise spans operational excellence, talent development, workforce planning, data-driven transformation, leadership coaching, and process optimization.
Prior to joining Vinove Software and Services, Neha served as Head of Operations at Successive Digital, where she led large-scale transformation initiatives across operations, PMO, HR, and employee engagement. She played a key role in driving margin optimization, process automation, PMO transformation, AI-led talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational capability building while contributing to important milestones such as SOC 2 renewal and CMMI Level 5 certification.
Earlier, she served as Director of Operations and Senior Manager at RafterOne, where she drove profitability improvement, operational efficiency, workforce optimization, risk management, and financial transformation initiatives across global teams. Before that, Neha spent nearly 15 years at Publicis Sapient as Project Manager, leading high-value accounts, business operations, financial planning, Agile teams, and large-scale project execution. She began her corporate journey as Setup Configuration Analyst at AON Hewitt, building a strong foundation in process excellence and business operations.
