Fuji Silvertech has appointed Sonali Sarkar as Business Unit Head – Precast Manufacturing Business
Sonali brings over two decades of leadership experience across the infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, energy, and industrial sectors. Her career spans business strategy, P&L management, business development, project execution, investments, and techno-commercial operations, with a consistent focus on translating strategic priorities into sustainable business performance.
She holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Kanpur and has completed Senior Management Programme from IIM Calcutta, along with executive education programmes at IIM Ahmedabad, Harvard Business School, and The Wharton School.
Prior to joining Fuji Silvertech Concrete, Sonali held senior leadership positions with leading Indian and multinational organisations in India and overseas, including Linde Engineering, Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited, IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS (I) LTD, Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd, KALPATARU POWER TRANSMISSION LIMITED, and Samsung C&T Corporation.
In her new role, Sonali will focus on accelerating business growth, enhancing operational excellence, expanding the market footprint, strengthening P&L performance, and creating sustainable long-term value for Fuji Silvertech Concrete’s Precast Manufacturing business.
