EMA Partners India Ltd, a global leader in executive search and leadership advisory, has appointed Mansi Mehta as Partner – Technology Practice, strengthening its leadership advisory capabilities across the technology ecosystem.
Prior to joining EMA Partners, Mansi was one of the founders of Jombay, a technology-led talent assessment and analytics platform, where she also served as Chief Business Officer. She worked extensively with CXOs across sectors and played an instrumental role in scaling the business to 350+ enterprise customers, bringing deep experience in technology, talent, business strategy, and leadership engagement.
At EMA Partners, Mansi will partner with CEOs, boards, and technology leaders to understand business ambitions, shape the strategy required to achieve them, and identify the leadership capabilities needed to turn vision into results. Her role will focus on connecting business transformation with the right leadership talent.
Mansi holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Drexel University, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Engineering from the University of Mumbai. With her blend of technology, entrepreneurship, talent assessment, and CXO engagement experience, she brings a strong perspective to EMA Partners’ Technology Practice.
