Rajat Singh has been appointed as Executive Director – Data & AI at EY GDS, marking a significant milestone in his consulting and technology leadership journey. In his new role, he will lead the Data & AI practice for EY-Parthenon GDS, working closely with global stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide Data & AI-led transformation initiatives. A seasoned Data & AI leader with over 15 years of consulting experience, Rajat specializes in helping organizations unlock the value of their data through enterprise-wide strategies spanning data management, governance, architecture, and analytics.
Prior to this appointment, Rajat built a strong leadership journey within the EY ecosystem. He spent more than six years with EY-Parthenon and Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, progressing through key roles including Data Architect, Manager – Data Strategy, Associate Director, and Director. During this period, he advised global clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia on data strategy, governance, commercialization, enterprise architecture, advanced analytics, and large-scale digital transformation, while enabling organizations to derive greater business value from their data assets.
Before joining EY, Rajat served as Digital Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he led enterprise data transformation initiatives, designed scalable data strategies, implemented governance frameworks, and enabled data-driven decision-making for
global organizations. Earlier in his career, he worked with United Health Group as Software Engineer, leading data engineering and cloud-based data platform initiatives, and began his professional journey with IBM India Pvt. Ltd. as Application Programmer, building expertise in software development, business intelligence, enterprise data management, and analytics.
With extensive experience across global consulting, enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, cloud technologies, and AI-driven transformation, Rajat Singh is well-positioned to strengthen EY GDS’ Data & AI capabilities and help organizations accelerate innovation through intelligent, data-led business transformation.
