In her expanded role, she will continue to spearhead the organization’s talent strategy, organization development, culture transformation, leadership development, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), employee experience, and digital HR transformation initiatives. She also leads HR for MuscleMind, driving people strategies that strengthen organizational capability and business performance. With over 16 years of experience across human resources, talent management, and organization development, Monica has built a strong track record of designing people-centric strategies that create measurable business impact. Since joining JAKSON Group, she has progressed from General Manager – Head of Talent & Organization Development to Associate Vice President, leading enterprise-wide initiatives across
talent management, leadership capability, workforce transformation, employee listening, culture activation, DEI, and digital HR.
Prior to JAKSON Group, Monica held several leadership positions at Modicare Ltd (KK Modi Group), where she served as AGM – Talent Management & Development, Talent Management and Talent Lead Enterprises, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager, supporting businesses including Modicare, Colorbar Cosmetics, and 24Seven Convenience Stores. Earlier, she worked with eInfochips (An Arrow Company) as both Talent Management Specialist and Assistant Manager – Human Resources, Global Payments Inc. as Senior HR Advisor, FCM Travel Solutions India as SME, Honeywell as Human Resources Generalist, and CMS Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. in HR, building extensive expertise across talent management, learning and development, organization development, employee engagement, performance management, change management, and HR transformation.
