Senthamizh Selvan Pandian Elevated to RVP, Head of CX Customer Success – APAC at SAP

Senthamizh Selvan Pandian has been elevated to Regional Vice President (RVP), Head of CX Customer Success – APAC at SAP, marking another significant milestone in his 17-year journey with the company. In this expanded leadership role, he will lead SAP’s Customer Experience (CX) Customer Success strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, driving customer value, enterprise transformation, and business growth.

Over the years, Selvan has held several leadership roles across business transformation, value advisory, and Customer Experience, most recently leading the CX Customer Success business across Southeast Asia and India. During his tenure, he has partnered with senior business leaders, guided complex customer experience transformation initiatives, and consistently delivered measurable business outcomes in highly competitive markets.

With deep expertise in enterprise software strategy, value management, customer success, and C-suite engagement, Selvan brings a unique blend of transformation leadership, commercial acumen, and emerging markets experience. His expanded mandate will focus on scaling regional customer success frameworks, strengthening customer relationships, and accelerating enterprise adoption of SAP CX solutions across the APAC region.
