With more than 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in insurance broking, government business development, public sector engagement, and strategic account management. In her new role, she is expected to leverage her extensive industry knowledge to strengthen the company’s business growth and strategic partnerships.
Throughout her career, she has successfully spearheaded national government and PSU business development initiatives, securing major accounts through strategic tender management and relationship-driven engagement. She has also led pan-India partnerships with banks and financial institutions, driving long-term business growth through multi-year agreements and solution-based consultative selling. Her ability to negotiate complex insurance placements and deliver innovative risk-transfer solutions has made her a respected leader in the industry.
Prior to joining Ace Insurance Brokers, she served as Vice President – Government Business at Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., where she focused on expanding government business initiatives. Before that, she was Vice President – Government Relations at Salasar Services (Insurance Brokers) Private Limited, leading the Government Business vertical. She also spent over 13 years as Vice President at Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd., where she managed insurance portfolios for banks and regional rural banks, developed corporate business, built specialty insurance markets, and led client relationship and portfolio management initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held the position of Senior Business Development Manager at Edelweiss Insurance Broker Ltd., followed by her role as Business Development Manager at India Insure Risk Management & Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. Across these positions, she developed expertise in insurance portfolio management, customized risk solutions, claims coordination, business development, and client servicing.
