Poly Singh Arora has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Adani Green Energy Limited, bringing over 23 years of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational transformation, and strategic business partnering. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on building a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, driving talent development, and aligning human capital initiatives with Adani Green Energy’s long-term business growth and sustainability objectives.
Prior to joining Adani Green Energy Limited, Poly served as Head – HR at Mumbai International Airport Limited (CSMIA), where she was a trusted partner to the leadership team and played a key role in aligning people strategy with business priorities, strengthening organizational capability, and driving HR transformation initiatives. Earlier, she spent nearly six years at VFS Global, progressing through senior leadership role of Regional HR Head – South Asia leading HR strategy across multiple geographies. She also served as AGM – HR at Vodafone India, where she partnered with senior business leaders to drive performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and HR governance.
Throughout her career, Poly has built deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, talent management, leadership coaching, performance management, employee engagement, change management, workforce planning, and HR transformation. Her ability to align people strategies with business objectives has enabled organizations to build agile, high-performing teams and foster sustainable growth.
