Prior to joining YesMadam, Anupam served as Head of Department – Operations & Business Excellence and earlier as Operations Manager at AuthBridge, where he established KPI-driven governance frameworks, aligned cross-functional operations, strengthened compliance mechanisms, led talent development initiatives, and managed end-to-end operational delivery across multiple business verticals. During his tenure, he successfully led a workforce of over 20 people managers and 300 associates, reduced operating costs through strategic operational frameworks, optimized vendor partnerships, and implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and institutionalize best practices.
Earlier, Customer Service & Experience Manager and Subject Matter Expert at Amazon, where he led large operational teams, drove Lean and Kaizen initiatives, strengthened workforce planning, championed Diversity & Inclusion programs, and delivered significant operational cost savings. Before that, he served as Vendor Manager at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, improving vendor performance, automating operational processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and significantly increasing workforce productivity. He began his leadership journey at Amazon as a Subject Matter Expert, where he played a key role in training associates, improving operational processes, enhancing customer experience, and driving higher first-contact resolution rates.
